Ethically sourced was a non-negotiable for us. This means we found a supplier that already had a working relationship with farms in Brazil’s Caldas and Coloumbia’s Popayan Reserve. These beans have been paid for two years in advance, to ensure the financial security of the workers and to allow for safe and healthy working conditions. Ahead of shipment to Australia, the beans are personally checked for quality control by our supplier. And now, you can get them as a subscription.
